By creating an account or using QFS Network (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@qfsnetwork.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate money laundering.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Share your account with third parties.
• Circumvent any rate limits or security controls.

QFS Network is a portfolio tracking and management tool, not a licensed financial adviser. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice. Crypto assets are volatile; you may lose money. Always do your own research.

All content, trademarks, and software on the Service are owned by QFS Network Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QFS Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
