We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and account credentials — as well as usage data generated when you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used, timestamps).

We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or full wallet addresses beyond what you explicitly enter for portfolio tracking.

• Provide, operate, and improve the QFS Network service.
• Send transactional emails (confirmations, security alerts).
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion to complete any pending operations. Anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.

We implement industry-standard controls including TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, and SOC 2-aligned access controls. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
